Returns & Refund Policy

At everyshotcounts, we take great care to ensure that all products meet the highest standards. However, we recognise that on occasion an issue may arise. If this happens, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter promptly and to the satisfaction of both you and your junior golfer.

To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we do not build return postage costs into our product pricing. As a result, we are unable to offer free returns, and return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Eligibility

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we may still be able to offer a refund or exchange at our discretion. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • All tags must remain attached

  • Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided

Items returned in a condition that differs from when they were supplied, including damage or missing components not due to our error, may be subject to a partial refund or no refund.

Returns Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible and credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again, as refunds can take up to three working days to appear.

  2. Contact your bank to confirm whether the refund is pending.

  3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@everyshotcounts.co.uk.

Sale Items

Unlike many retailers, we do not exclude sale items from our returns policy. We understand that sizing can be difficult when shopping online and therefore treat sale items in the same way as full-priced products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us at admin@everyshotcounts.co.uk before returning the item. This allows us to discuss availability and ensure the quickest possible resolution.

We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured postal service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
