Refund Policy

Although every care has been taken to ensure your product is of the highest standard, we accept that on occasion, something may go wrong. If this is the case we will do our utmost to ensure that we keep you and, more importantly, your junior golfer, happy.

At everyshotcounts we try to keep our prices as low as possible, unlike other companies who may add a few £'s to the cost of your item to cover for return postage we won't do that. As such, we are unable to provide free return postage. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery we may only be able to offer you a refund or exchange but please get in touch and we'll try to help you in the best way we can.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or order number. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may result in a partial refund only or no refund at all.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can sometimes take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear.

Then contact your bank to see if it is just awaiting processing.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unlike most retailers who won’t refund sale items, we appreciate that sizes vary and it is difficult to shop online. We want to give you the best possible experience and therefore we don’t differentiate between sale items and regular priced items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your product for the same item in a different size, first, send us an email at so that we can discuss your options and try to get you the right solution as quickly as possible.

If you are concerned at all about your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
